Thai Herbal Compress
This herbal therapy was designed to relieve pain and inflammation. A selection of therapeutic herbs, including ginger, turmeric and lemongrass, are wrapped in a muslin compress, steamed and then applied to the body in gentle pressing, circular and rolling movements.
Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to Swedish Massage, deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronically muscle tensions. It helps to reduce stress hormone levels and heart rate, while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of Oxycontin and Serotonin.
Swedish Massage
This wonderful relaxation therapy uses gentle flowing movements. Gentle stretching and kneading of muscles improves circulation and muscle tone, boosting immune system and lower blood pressure. Swedish massage is the ultimate in relaxation.
Reflexology (Foot Massage)

Fantastic establishment for massage therapy. I've been to this location more than a dozen times and all the therapists are very skilled and each and every visit has been consistent. The massages are a skillful blend of different styles.
Calling all back crack enthusiasts! I feel like a new woman after deciding on a whim to walk into Thai Herbal Therapy and see if they had any last minute appointments. Luckily they had an hour slot and I didn't have to wait.
Thai Health Spa is pretty much a house renovated into a massage parlor. Very professional looking though. The room and most importantly the table was clean. Thai Health Spa is located on a busy street of Quincy, however, the room was ambient and I didn't hear any traffic noise.
